MaMa Lotion Mandelic & Malic Acid

Now, one year later, most of the discolorations have disappeared, and when I get new breakouts they clear up quickly without leaving scars or red spots. I use MaMa Lotion every other evening, gently exfoliate with a warm cloth in the morning(Obagi Nu-Derm Foaming Gel  in the am,Obagi Nu-Derm Toner to exfoliate), and of course follow with a good moisturizer. On alternate evenings I use other acne products (Obagi Nu-Derm Clear) on my skin, and as long as I exfoliate in the morning and use that moisturizer, I don’t have any problems with flaky or dry skin.

Tips:

1. When using MaMa Lotion on dark skin it is very important to start slow and gradually increase the usage to obtain the best results.

2. For most individualls who have never used active ingredients on the skin we recommend using MaMa Lotion no more that twice a week for the first few weeks up to one month.

3. If the skin is ultra sensitive, we would recommend applying the moisturizer first to seal the skin and then apply the MaMa Lotion over the top of the Moisturizer (reverse order).

The photos below show the remarkable change in skin tone and fading of agespots, freckles and Melasma. Notice the redness of the patient’s before picture skin tone above the eyebrows and cheeks and how the skin tone evened out and looks more vibrant and healthy.

Notice the significant fading of the melasma patches on the cheeks and forehead.(just one month!)

This patient had dark red acne scarring and slight hyper-pigmentation of the acne scar areas. After 1 month significant improvement can be seen in the redness and overall appearance of the acne scars.
